Management types like to use there buzz words, it makes them feel important. Impress them by using as many of these world and phrases as you can. You get a one ever time you use one and bonus points are give for variety and using more than one in the same sentence.

Don't just use them when talking to management, use them on customers, use them on colleagues, use them on the canteen staff, and use them when chatting up women.
