I know most people would think how can I say that in a World Cup year? Well here is how: I am massive football fan but lets put patriotism to one side for a moment a team that can lose to Northern Ireland and suffer there largest defeat in living memory to Denmark can not win the World Cup they are just not good enough.

The World Cup win only lead to disappointment, The Commonwealth Games on the other hand is designed to make England look good, due to the absence of America, Russia, China, Japan, France, Germany and just about any other country that could possible win a medal mediocre athletes like Kelly Sotherton are made to look like world beaters.
